Adele Sinclair is a Licensee for The Happiness Institute in Bathurst, NSW. Adele is a wellness coach who specialises in helping people reduce work stress and build wellness. Her experience includes working for small business, major corporations such as Telstra and Arnott’s Biscuits, as well as in politics and the university sector. She has spent ten years researching and testing strategies to find solutions that work beyond those couple of days back in the workplace after a holiday.

Adele has trained as a professional coach and has worked with public servants, private sector employees and business owners; she is a member of International Coach Federation and the International Positive Psychology Association.

Adele holds a Master’s degree in Management from The Australian National University, a Bachelors degree in Sociology, and other postgraduate qualifications.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Positive Psychology Association.
