So many ways to help you remember happiness...

Even when it comes to happiness, people need to be reminded of what to do; many people I work with know what to do but they find it difficult to actually do it (on a regular basis)!
 
Sometimes, I refer to this as the knowing-doing gap; sometimes I just call it forgetting!
